Work With Us

Life can be fucking hard & glorious

Our life experiences shape who we are; sometimes we feel lost or stuck, not knowing how to find those bold, brave, and authentic parts of ourselves.Learn more about our approach and services to foster your confidence and individuality to thrive.

Individual Therapy

A space to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, or past wounds, individual therapy offers a grounded, supportive environment to process and grow. Together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity and compassion, moving at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you.

Relational Therapy

Relationships can be our greatest source of connection—and pain. In relational therapy, we’ll explore the patterns, communication styles, and dynamics shaping your relationships. This is a space for couples, multiple partners, or family members to deepen understanding, repair disconnection, and foster more authentic, meaningful connections.

Pre-Marital Therapy

Build a strong foundation before you say “I do.” Pre-marital therapy helps couples have honest conversations about values, communication, conflict, family systems, and shared dreams. Whether you’re engaged or simply considering commitment, this process supports clarity, alignment, and connection as you step into the next chapter together.

MFT Supervision

I’m an AAMFT Supervisor-in-Training offering clinical supervision for post-graduate MFTs. My approach is relational, reflective, and rooted in systemic thinking—with a focus on growth, cultural humility, and self-of-the-therapist work. This is a supportive space to deepen your skills and confidence as a clinician.

I’d love to learn more about you and what your specific questions or concerns are about starting your healing journey with me.

Frequently Asked Questions

I’m nervous about starting therapy, what is it like?

Making the first call is scary. Thinking about canceling but deciding to show up to your first appointment anyway takes a lot of courage. It’s also normal to leave that first session and think, “Why in the world did I just tell all that really personal information to a complete stranger?”

Rest assured, all of this is normal. In an attempt to ease some of those nerves, here are some things you can expect out of therapy:

  • Compassion and empathy; no judgment
  • Self-exploration
  • Confidentiality
  • Illumination of current patterns and introduction to new perspectives
  • Interventions meant to elicit the change you’re seeking
  • Occasional cursing and bad humor
Do you take insurance?

I do not accept insurance and do not deal directly with insurance agencies. However, some insurance companies will reimburse you or count the cost of your sessions toward your deductible. Contact your insurance company for more information about what they can offer. If needed, we can provide a session receipt called a “Superbill” for documentation of services rendered.

What are your therapy rates?

Individual therapy:
$155 – $235 depending on the length of your session

Relational therapy:
$165 – $250 depending on the length of your session

Premarital therapy:
$155 – $165 depending on the length of your session

I offer limited, income-based, sliding-scale spots for those who need assistance.

Do you see clients online or in person?

Both! You can choose your session type when scheduling.

Is therapy confidential?

YES!
No information is disclosed without written permission in the form of a Release of
Information from the client. However, there are some exceptions to this rule as required by law.
