Together, we’ll strengthen trust, deepen connection, and build skills for navigating conflict with care. My work is inclusive of all relationships — monogamous, polyamorous, queer, or somewhere in between — because every relationship deserves the tools to thrive.

I believe that our stories take shape within the web of our relationships — with ourselves, with others, and with the systems that hold us. Sometimes, those connections are painful, chaotic, or traumatic. They can leave us questioning our worth, our intuition, and our ability to feel safe — even in our own bodies.
My work is to walk beside you as we gently untangle those patterns that once protected you, but no longer serve you. Together, we’ll create space for you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, your voice, and your truth — so you can begin to live in alignment with your freedom, joy, and authenticity.
I hold a holistic, systemic, and somatic lens — one that honors your whole self: mind, body, spirit, and nervous system. Our work is collaborative and deeply personal, rooted in your unique needs, goals, and lived experience.
I’m neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ and CNM-inclusive, and I believe that healing expands when every part of who you are feels welcomed and safe to belong.
